When i do an instance or when i am in a cave or something, i float, and i cant loot anything, why is that, i relogged => NOT helping

happened to my cousin, it was hilarious "WHY CANT I LOOT!! WHY!!"
cant there be an update or bug fix?
nope just wowemu / lag spike / world save / or something that causes your loot to delay then cancel it before it pops up
