ok, to fix this follow this guide..
1) Click Start -> Control Panel -> Network connections
2) Right click your Local Area Connection (The one under Lan or High-speed Internet) And select status
3)This will bring up a small window with two tabs.
4) Click on the "Support" tab.
5) There is an "IP Address" Section. Should be something like 192.168.x.xxx
6) Take that ip address and use it like this in IE,
http://ipaddressfromabove:8080So like mine is 192.168.1.40 it would be
http://192.168.1.40:8080That should work
